Our Personal leadership development workshops are customised to client needs with a broad focus on leadership from the inside-out, shifting the inner space where we are leading from, clarifying purpose and goals and building powerful road maps and habits to automate will power to create a life and career by design and not by chance.

Answers to questions such as : Who am I as a leader? What do I do as a leader? How do I hold space for the “We”?

All too often teams fall short of their potential. They often get stuck. Ineffective problem solving, entrenched positions, inability to resolve conflicts, leading from the ego, strained relationships and lack of trust slow teams down and get in the way of what they need to achieve.

I lead powerful team dynamics facilitation workshops to get teams back on track.

Teams are assisted to conduct open and honest conversations, assess the levels of trust in the team, learn about the neuroscience behind trust and team relationships, and to explore different levels of conversations in teams.

All these conversations and understanding create new interactive team dynamics, leading to a much needed shift in team culture. This foundational shift, opens the door for teams to now focus on collaboration, innovation and superior results.
